  • Orders to United States typically arrive within 5-7 business days. For all other destinations, estimated shipping timelines will be provided during checkout.

About Shipping Fee

  • For orders under the equivalent of $80 USD, a flat rate of $8 USD (converted to your local currency) will apply.

  • For orders over the equivalent of $200 USD, international shipping is free.

  • No minimum spend to qualify for international shipping.

Order Update/Cancellation

  • Modification Requests: If you wish to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact our customer care team at service@dinamoku.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Cancellations: Should you decide to cancel, the same 12‑hour window applies. Beyond this period, your order will have entered the processing stage and can no longer be altered or withdrawn.

Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition. However, should your package arrive damaged, we kindly ask that you provide a clear photo of the item and its packaging within 72 hours of delivery. Once received, our team will swiftly review the claim and arrange a complimentary replacement, ensuring your experience remains seamless and worry‑free.

Lost in Transit

Your peace of mind is our priority. In the rare event that your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will immediately issue a replacement shipment at no additional cost. Our customer service team will keep you informed throughout the process, so you can rest assured that your order will reach you without delay.
